Optimal mental health requires a holistic and comprehensive approach beyond conventional modalities. Riant Health Services is pleased to offer additional services to complement your journey to wellness. Many of these treatments are done alongside current therapies. When possible, Marie will attempt to utilize your insurance to cover visits and medications as allowed by your policy. Most significant plans are accepted. Please allow a week to verify benefits when making an appointment.

Pharmacogenetic Testing

Discover how your genes impact the metabolism of hundreds of medications. The report provides information on the potential effects of medications for pain, mental health, blood pressure, cholesterol, endocrine, and many others. Included are results of MTHFR deficiency, COMT, and dozens more! It's an easy oral swab collection kit that can be collected in the office or at home. Most insurances cover this test with a co-pay up to $325.

At Home Ketamine Therapy

Ketamine has a long history of use for many mental health conditions, including depression, PTSD, chronic pain, and anxiety. It has a high safety profile and is well tolerated when properly administered. At home, micro-dosing sublingual use is affordable and has demonstrated as many benefits as other delivery routes. Ketamine is compounded for pick up at a local pharmacy or mailed to your home. Insurances do not cover this therapy.

Weigth Loss Medications

Effective weight loss is possible with conventional medications or through a compounding pharmacy. Insurance may cover some medications with prior authorization. Schedule an appointment to discuss further which options are right for you.

Radial Pressure Wave Therapy

The RPWT are acoustic waves that generate oscillations in the tissue. The wave hits the skin surface and travels radially into the body to a depth of around 2". In the body, the pressure wave is designed to activate connective tissue from the surface level to difficult-to-reach pathologies; the new Intelect® RPW 2 is a modality for addressing pain and inflammation in orthopedic conditions. It is a non-invasive procedure requiring no downtime and is done in a few minutes. This therapy is not covered by insurance. We are currently offering a free consultation and one treatment.

Full Array of Laboratory Tests

When using cash payment, a full selection of specialty lab testing is available at a huge savings over using insurance. All efforts are made to use appropriate codes when billing insurance. If you use your insurance, many lab tests are not covered and may incur additional costs. Non-insurance specimen collection is done at LabCorp to best meet your availability.

GI-Map Test

Research overwhelmingly indicates that gut health impacts overall health. The gut microbiome plays a critical role in mediating the effects of diet and other factors on digestive, immune, metabolic, skin, brain, and neuroendocrine health. This comprehensive test will look for infections and other gut dysfunctions. This is not covered by insurance.
